About these terms

These terms govern your use of www.mithraconsulting.com. By using the site you accept them. They do not govern any consultancy services we provide — those are covered by the separate written agreement we enter into with each client, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

Using this site

You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own information or to evaluate whether to work with us. You may not:

• Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected infrastructure, except as permitted under responsible disclosure below
• Introduce malware or attempt to disrupt availability for other users
• Scrape or systematically extract content to build a competing service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

Our content

Everything on this site — text, layout, graphics, logos and code — belongs to Mithra Consulting or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. The Mithra Consulting name and logo may not be used without our written consent. Third-party names and logos shown on our partnership pages belong to their respective owners and appear only to describe our relationships.

The fonts used on this site are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and are redistributed under its terms.

Nothing here is professional advice

The content of this site is general information about our services. It is not security, legal, regulatory or compliance advice, and you should not act on it in relation to your own environment without an engagement in which we can assess your specific circumstances. Descriptions of frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR or the DPDPA are summaries and are not a substitute for the standards or the law themselves.

Responsible disclosure

We are a security firm, and we would rather hear about a problem than not. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this website:

• Email sales@mithraconsulting.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it
• Give us reasonable time to investigate and fix it before disclosing it publicly
• Do not access, modify or delete data that is not yours, and do not degrade the service for others
• Do not run automated scanning that materially affects availability

If you act in good faith and within the above, we will not pursue action against you and we will credit you if you would like that. This is not a paid bug bounty programme.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
